Help me plan a sales workshop for my company's offsite

Hi folks,

My small startup is having their semi-annual offsite in a few months, and leadership has asked me to lead a sales workshop. They specifically want to get the engineers involved and contributing.

Any ideas on how to run a sales workshop where you gather feedback and ideas from other departments? Engineering, product, UX, etc.

I've been to off-sites and SKOs before but usually these were all salespeople or at least very sales focused, and centered around learnings from past wins, numbers, and goals moving forward. I don't think these topics would resonate as much org-wide.
