I Want The Whole Enchilada! How do you leverage sales with one branch to get into the rest of the enterprise?

So I've been hitting strong sales, 6 figures, with one branch of a company since February (selling a hardgood). All of the branches operate independently and have their own customers.

I've impressed the Director of Sales for the head corporate location, but he is a 2-3 word email kind of guy and has only given me contacts and sent our product information to the other branches - he hasn't done anything else besides that.

I just spoke with one other branch directors who I know has our information and could start selling next week if he wanted to, but he said he has too many other irons in the fire and to follow up at the end of summer.

How can I get them on board without being annoying?

I definitely will. I've met him in person and he was aloof to pretty much everyone, lol.ย

If you join a SaaS company and thrive at the beginning due to inbound leads and good SDR and then sales start going down due to a change of SDR and less inbounds, does that mean youโ€™re not a competent sales person or does it mean itโ€™s time to move on to another company?
