It’s a simple as this

You have 62-65 (depending on your holiday schedule) days to hit your quarter.

–20 in April
–22 in May (us Americans get Memorial Day)
–21 in June (Add 1 if you don't get Juneteenth)

April is going to be a shit show if you dumped out your coins in March. Assess your pipe, be judicious about killing pie in the sky deals, and take a hard look at what is "real".

Take a deep breath. Calculate your pipeline demand based on pipeline conversion rates, time to close, and close rate...and then get your ass to work.

Cheers,
PBC

I'm taking a deep breath, but with how March fucked me, I'm hoping for at least a reach around from April.

I’m going to do a sample pipeline math exercise later this week…if folks feel it’s helpful.

I think this would help a lot of people early in their sales careers.

It's important to have a grasp on your pipeline. See too many reps staring into the abyss.

My quarter ends this month (don't you love weird ass FYs). I'm at 89%. Had a heater week but also drained most of my pipeline.

Path forward is there. For me, after getting laid off, this would be a huge rebound to hit my quota in my first quarter at the new gig.
