Just a quick vent

Like the title said, just a vent. My boss is borderline incompetent, completely horrible with time management (last minute reschedules, no team meeting agenda, late to meetings or asks to start late and then is even later, etc), doesn't get back to customers, and only really contributes in slack if it helps them with internal optics and politics which primarily just creates extra noise, chaos, and precisely zero value add. Oh, and I'm pretty sure they wrote a fake 5 star Glassdoor review pretending to be me smfh

Don't really have anywhere else to share and I'm unsure who I actually trust within my organization these days. So I'll take 5 minutes to bitch here in the war room, then get back to the grind. Happy hump day!
