This post is not only illogical (the base vs his prosposed W2 don't line up to his OTE figures), but it has absolutely no call-to-action or conclusion. Seems par for the course for most LinkedIn creators.

Maybe he means like if you hit your ote of 75k your take home is 60k after taxes, at least thats what would be for me bc FL no state income tax. But pretty shit post on his part, like my honest reaction is "very cool Ryan, thanks"

Dude seems like a loose cannon. He was asking for people to do cold calls and help him a few months back and that he would pay like $250’per lead, and then few weeks later was posting from same profile that he would charge like $700 per warm lead. Right after he obviously told people he was paying reps $250 to get them.
He seems grumpy and a bit off for sure.

SDR work isn't glamorous by any means but it's better than mopping floors and cleaning toilets (IMO)

I like Ryan personally. But about 60% of his posting on LinkedIn is just for engagement and there is 0 thought behind it. I wouldn't read to much into it or much of anything else he posts. He's a decent guy though if you get to know him. Good for a laugh when needed.
