๐Ÿ” Sales Challenge at UXArmy: Seeking Insights ๐Ÿš€

Hello Bravado Community,

๐ŸŒŸ Presently facing a challenge at UXArmy! ๐ŸŒŸ

In my outreach efforts for user research and panel recruitment services across North America, SEA, and the Middle East, I've encountered a common hurdle โ€“ recipients are opening emails but not responding. ๐Ÿ“ง๐Ÿค”

I'd love to hear your thoughts and insights! What next steps or tools do you recommend to better showcase our expertise and encourage meaningful engagement? Let's brainstorm together!

Show your expertise by proving you understand potential problems, pains, challenges etc they experience with existing processes in the market today.

If I had to guess, your email screams โ€œme me meโ€ vs making it about them.

If you can provide a email example of what youโ€™re sending thatโ€™d help too.

If they're opening it, it means your subject line is working and maybe even your first line is working.
But you're losing some steam in the meat & potatoes. Check the search bar but short & concise helps. Ideally 2-3 lines.

Well, to be honest, opens could be automatically occurring on their end by either their email server or them marking everything as "read".

This point, I completely missed. Thanks.

my marketing runs into this exact issue with certain clients/prospects and yes it's an email server or firewall type issue.

You donโ€™t have anything compelling enough for them to respond to. Is there a specific to them business reason for them to respond? Is it simple and easy to read?

This is the basic structure. Changes from person to person:

"Hi Defry,
You would agree that great experiences can only be built by involving the right users. I wanted to offer you a free demo of our UX Research platform. The UXArmy platform is used by researchers like yourself for online Usability testing, User interviews, Card sorting and Tree testing. We also offer recruitment of participants.
Book the demo at your convenience: https://calendly.com/uxarmy-platform/30min
Feel free to read through the UXArmy platform reference.
Best regards,"

Please help me with your take.
Also, what other tools can be utilized apart from mails?

I would delete it and immediately forget it. Why? Thereโ€™s no compelling reason to respond.

You say itโ€™s used by researchers - which researchers? What other customers do you have?

Your email doesnโ€™t know ME. And unless I already know you - I have no reason to respond.

And personally - I hate calendy. Very impersonal.

@Pachacuti
Can you give me an example of a compelling reason to respond?

Do all cold outreach mailers not sent to unknown people or is their something I am missing here. :|

Doesn't calendly save people time and help them choose their slot or people still prefer manual ways?

Dude - I did.

But also, I canโ€™t tell you what works in your business. I have led you to the trough, now itโ€™s time for you to drink for yourself.

Yes, was being a little too greedy. Sorry for that. :)
Thanks for the insights. Will update you the progress soon. @Pachacuti

Emails shorter, reply to them with a "Would you be against an introduction/assessment?" boom responses go up

@Kosta_Konfucius this I believe could be used later in the workflow. :)
