See a lot of people coming here to ask if it's time to leave

I see a lot of people come in here to ask if they should stay or go at their current org.

Quite frankly, if you are coming in here to ask if you need to leave there's a 99% chance that it's time to go and the decision has been made already.

What I would also share is that I have been let go/laid off/fired 3 times in my career and each time the next place was/is a better place than I was in before.
