Tracking progress

I'm having an issue tracking progress of an SDR we have here. i need to sign off every month as he gets an incentive on every meeting he sets me up with. so far he's doing good, I've had 50+ monthly. however I'm trying to find a spread sheet format that is simple to read and easy to use that can print on one page, any recommendations?

Thanks @CuriousFox!

@Sales4what do you have a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot? If so, you can create a report that displays meetings set by X SDR, month over month. Even do a pivot or stack comparison of set vs delivered if you want to get fancy.

If you can't do it, ask your trusty salesops team!

@Sales4what saw you don't have a CRM--go get HubSpot when you're ready.

Anyways, here is what I'd do:

Your SDR's job is to make calls--if you want them to also keep track of their outputs then you have to enable them.

CRM is the best way to keep a track without having to do manual work. Are you using any other tools or everything is manual?

All manual right now, in the process of setting everything up but ultimately need to justify- this is what I’m good at, but I have a while before I can meet with the CFO and discuss budget

You are given an account list with over 250 accounts (no salesforce, you have to work off an excel sheet), what steps/processes do you implement to ensure all accounts are being touched? How many do you target a week? Month? Etc.
