Hardest part? Only being able to call the leads assigned to me. 90% are scammers just trying to access the payment platform to enable their IRS scams (or some variation therein). The others are free trial signups who didn't even realize they had a trial.

Currently, it’s pressure from the powers that be to get sales everyday, and this is with our crm a disaster, no marketing campaigns of any kind in place and refusal from the team to change up their approach.
