You mean your deployment model has changed? As in, everyone was formerly selling on premise or something else, and now you are all selling subscription?
If I understand correctly, it means that your whole department is also learning about the model and talking points. Be sure to attend all training/enablement and ask a lot of questions. Absorb the links that other savages have provided - lots of good info there - and by all means, come back with specific questions as they come up for you.

First of all, Congrats! I would start by getting to know other reps in your company and then getting to know others that can help you carry that sale across the finish line.

I suggest that you think about a more specific ask. This is really broad and hard to give good asvice

Others are right, SaaS is extremely broad so it may be difficult to give exact advice.
However, embrace your inner Jon Snow, realize you know nothing and take in all the knowledge you can. Also apply that to meetings/calls/etc. to help make a consultative sale.

Congratulations on the promotion and welcome to the wonderful world of software as a service! Changed to SaaS sales from what? What do you sell? What kind of advice are you looking for?

ask the top performing ae at your company for some time on his/her calendar. find out what theyโre doing different, what processes they use, how they go about their day, etc.
