Useful SFDC reports

I created a closed lost opps report to start hunting. I've had really good success with these reports in the past.


Curious to learn if y'all have any good reports to find other types of low-hanging fruit to help build an obese pipeline?

1. Lost Opps from 1 to 3 years back
2. Churned Customers
3. 30-day untouched account report
4. 90-day untouched contact report
5. Accounts getting marketing traction (opens / clicks)
6. Event leads
7. Unconverted MQLs
8. All accounts where conversations are logged (email / phone / linkedin conversations)
9. Existing customers now transitioned to new companies (not possible on SF, possible through LSN though)

Haven't used SFDC in awhile, but revisiting Closed/Lost or churned customers has resulted in a lot of success for me in the past.

The last few companies I’ve worked for i have had to really overhaul the SFDC structure so i havnt had a ton of data. BUT closed lost is a solid one. As long as you know why it went close lost haha


I would also go back to discovery calls that didn’t convert to next steps. (How ever you define that). And i would look for 3 months in the past

Report of customers with activity (meeting/demo/etc whatever your team is set to log) 30 days out that wasn't followed up with / has gone cold.
