Just a bunch of success stories.
I have a successful track record as a top 10-15% performing AE for 6 years in SaaS and am now interested in managing an AE team.
I'm curious to hear people's experiences in transitioning from AE to a 1st time manager -- it seems to be a mixture of hitting the right stage of growth in a company, tenure, and being the #1 performer.
And I'm still not sure what to say so I guess I'll close the journey of "Flip the Script Tour" with this:
1. The character & integrity of who the SDR/AE Community is brought me to an even higher level of respect than when I started.
2. Thank you - To everyone who attended, posted, shared, encouraged us, fed us, gave us feedback & brought this dream to life t...Show More
I have been following Caroline via LinkedIn for some time and she's been writing incredible articles about women in business.

Team is 3 SDRs, 2 AEs. Thought I'd hit the FTS community first! I know most of us are in SD space, but if anyone with closing XP wants to be an early stage Sales Manager, this CEO is willing to give you the s...Show More
I am thinking about taking a role as a growth advisor for an IT solutions firm (startup) that has quite a few Fortune 500 accounts. I would be helping them break into "mid-market" accounts with deal sizes ranging from 250K - 10 mil. Basically, I would set up their sales automation and help close deals until they find a VP of Sales and hire an actual sale...Show More
