What have you changed since COVID started?

Rather timely given what we’re all facing.
How can you change yourself?
Where do you even start?
It can get a bit overwhelming.
Here are a few ways I’ve changed myself since COVID started:
1. Accountability groups
2. Working out 2x a day
3. Writing out a 3-year plan and breaking it down to a monthly level
4. Daily journaling (including gratitude and manifestations)
5. Ending toxic relationships of all kinds
6. Spending more time with my thoughts
I continue to make mistakes daily, though what I’ve realized is I’m more powerful than I ever thought.
It all comes down to how I change myself when I face situations that I cannot change.
